  2. no account sharing option in beta app

There doesn't seem to be a way to do account sharing in the new app like the old one, or if there is it's too well hidden. Here's the support page for account sharing as of now. https://support.cellartracker.com/article/56-account-sharing

  3. [App] I want to only print wines from a specific Location

From Albert Print wine list - I need an option to include only wines in a specific location(s) (like in the web app)

  4. Show grape composition for wine blends

It would be great if CellarTracker showed the specific grape breakdown for blended winesβ€”like β€œ40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 25% Petit Verdot” instead of just β€œRed Blend.” This would help us better understand what’s in their wine, make more informed choices, and allow filtering by individual grapes even when they’re part of a blend.

  5. Option to β€žflagβ€œ wines in my cellar (β€žto drink nextβ€œ, β€žto sellβ€œ etc)

To have an option to easily (one click in the description or at a list) flag or to mark wines in my cellar with variable β€žflag coloursβ€œ would tremendously help me to keep things organized. One flag would be for those wines i select to drink on of the next occasions, driven by drinking window for example. another flag for my specicific purpose is for example those wines i intend to sell. another one for those i select for a tasting… comparable feature exists in adobes lightroom-app to organize and develop your pictures/ photographies.

  6. I want to long press the app icon to access shortcuts

From Andrew One of the main uses I have for the mobile version is to relocate and/or consume bottles. I am used to a long press of the CT app which brings up Scan Barcode, Label Search, My Cellar etc. This doesn't seem to have made it to the Beta yet. No problem but I hope it comes back.

  7. Make "Pending", "In Stock" and "Consumed" separate clickable links from My Wines

When viewing a wine on the mobile app, the Your Bottles section shows three sections: Pending In Stock Consumed When you click on one of these it should just take you to bottles that meet that criteria. Currently each link just shows you everything. Therefore it's somewhat misleading to have separate clickable links.

  8. Seem search algorithm has gotten more rigid

For instance I would expect Adrice merlo to have same results as Adrice merlot.

  9. Date on reviews

I review the wines I have consumed on a weekly basis but your software only allows the date I am making the review not the date I have consumed the wine! I have to go back and edit the review date on each of my reviews. Please advise.

  10. Click for expandable label image view from search results

Enhancement: on the search screen with all the results, should have images as live links to blow up and see. That way, one can check of label matches bottle which is hard using thumbnail views. From Andrew

  11. Filter for drinking window end date

this is the biggest reason I still use the old app, to identify expiring bottles. In a previous post in October 2024, you admitted the new app could not do this function, but an upgrade was considered. When will that be? I hope the old app stays functional until then.

  12. Food pairings not finding my Shiraz or Cabernet Sauvignon when asked for suggestions for Roast Lamb

We have excellent lamb here in Australia, so I’m sure that fixing this bug would be helpful to many of my countrymen and women. Having seen the recent email highlighting the new AI capabilities, I updated the app on my iPad. I was delighted with the recommendations for fish, and also corn beef, but when I asked it for a recommendation for roast lamb, it said I didn’t have any typical wine varieties such as Syrah or Cabernet Sauvignon. In fact my cellar is predominantly dry reds such as Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.

  14. Allow selection of other notes (private consumption, purchase, bottle notes) to include in restaurante style wine list

Why not make any and all entries into the system available for the user to add/delete from the "restaurant style wine list". This would include purchase notes, bottle notes, etc. And also allow the user to arrange all of this information in a way that is most useful for them. I'm sure that the overwhelming majority of users are not beverage directors at a restaurant, just simply wine enthusiasts who are trying to organize their cellars. Consequently, we enjoy electronically "printing" the restaurant style wine list to quickly puruse our stock and therefore would benefit from being able to select from all of our input into the system the items we want to display and how we want to display it (within reason, of course).
