Notification of Updates
Just a general comment. I do appreciate all the work that is being done on CellarTracker. One source of frustration with the new App is that updates can appear without any hint that changes have been made. In periods where there are numerous and sometimes significant updates I have found it very disconcerting that the way I have gotten used to doing something has suddenly changed or moved elsewhere (and sometimes hidden) in the interface. Iโm wondering if something like โRelease Notesโ or a โchangesโ guide can be added to help understand what has been changed or updated, and why.

Partner Integrations
The website and โoldโ App allow me to check on Partner Integrations (I.e. view a list of available integrations โ e.g. Vinous, Jancis Robinson, etc, โ and when my specific subscriptions expire). The โnewโ App doesnโt seem to have that featureโฆ can it be added? In addition, it seems that the ingratiations in CellarTracker rely on a โpushโ notification from the integration company (e.g. Burghound). Does CellarTracker notify the outside company in any way that the integration is about to expire? Or is it entirely up to the outside company to tell CellarTracker that the subscription has been renewed? My frustration is that outside companies may wait and only run the renewal on the expiration date. This results in CellarTrackerโs integration being suspended and I have to wait for the link-up to be re-established, which can take some time. Iโm hoping this feature can be improved in some way.

Drinking windows for non-vintage wine
Manually added drinking windows are attached to a wine's description and require a fixed range of years, which makes perfect sense for vintage wines. For non-vintage wine this works OK the first time you buy a bottle, but if you buy more of the same wine in later years the original drinking window has to be amended, and if you own bottles of different ages there is no good solution. How about an option to mark a NV wine as needing drinking within X years of purchase and automatically displaying a drinking window for each bottle, derived from the purchase date?

How does bottle data get edited
The database lists a bottle as Sonoma county and it's from the Anderson valley in Mendocino county. I don't see a way to easily suggest the edit

Viewing Tasting Notes
The website and โoldโ App both allow me to quickly view my โtasting notesโ attached to wines Iโve drunk, or accessing tasting stories, private notes, etc. The โnewโ App doesnโt seem to have this feature, at least not in a way that is useful to me. For example, in the new App, I can apparently filter wines that Iโve consumed by Personal Score or Community Score, but that isnโt helpful, since I instead I like to browse or search for a specific note. I found the โNotesโ tab in the old App to be much butter and easier to navigate.

Dark mode please
This is not a functionality idea, but something that is very important to me as a user.

Visualize the optimal drinking window per wine
From Chris: Enhanced Drinking Window Info: Would be amazing to show graphically for each wine the bell curve of the optimal drinking winding assuming proper storage. It could update dynamically based on both critic and user ratings.

Stop trying to make this a social site!
while I totally benefit from the input of other oneophiles, would prefer if CT focused on things like easier bottle additions- barcode or UPC - Awesome resource for wine lovers, thanks!

Let me rate wines/write comments WITHOUT MAKING THEM PUBLIC
Cellar Tracker is built to help me track my cellar. PLEASE give me a way to record my own thoughts on a bottle that I just drank โ rating and comments โ WITHOUT making this public for every other cellar tracker user to see. Itโs PRIVATE if I want to remind myself that my wife thought this wine was a little too sweet or that I drank it at my cousinโs birthday partyโฆ but that information will definitely be relevant next month when Iโm trying to decide whether to open the next bottle of it or something else. And itโs frankly nobody elseโs business that I liked Wine A but not Wine B. Itโs fine if some CT users want to exhibit their reviews like social media โinfluencersโ, but it feels really really sketchy to make that mandatory.

Ability to know where in your cellar you have room for more bottlex
I have 90 bottle wine cellar which has 9 shelves. It would nice if I could tell app how many bottles a shelf can store and then easily find shelf(s) that have free spot when adding new bottle

Drinkability scores and "drink between" windows are wrong for NV wines
There are lots of wines that do not have a vintage year but do have a finite drinking window. (Most Champagnes and sakes, for example!) Currently, these wines have complete nonsense in the "drinkability score" and "drink by" window. For example I often see bottles whose "drink by" window ended before this bottle was actually bottled. It is incorrect to say that, e.g., ALL bottles of Veuve Clicquot NV have the same drink by window. A bottle that was bottled last year will improve a little and then last longer than an NV bottled 10years ago. Instead of showing wrong information (and, e.g., adding lots of noise/mess to my "drinkability report), CellarTracker should do one of the following: A) remove "drinkability score" and ready-to-drink windows from NV wines B) Add a concept of "NV but bottled on date X" (perhaps the purchase date if the true bottling date is unknown) and for NV wines calculate drinkability and drink-bys based on number of years since bottling date [preferred] Thanks!

Compare vintages from search overview (show CT score and pro scores)
Show CT score and pro scores in search overview. In the current app I often search for I wine and then pick a vintage based on the CT and pro scores I see per vintage in the search overview. The beta does not show scores in the search overview. See attached screenshots for the current difference

no account sharing option in beta app
There doesn't seem to be a way to do account sharing in the new app like the old one, or if there is it's too well hidden. Here's the support page for account sharing as of now. https://support.cellartracker.com/article/56-account-sharing
