New app is terrible
I have tried really hard to get used to the new app. I am the only one that finds every action to be more steps and less intuitive? Adding, consuming, and reporting all seem to be more complicated. As one example, the βadd another wineβ doesnβt go to the search bar anymore, creating the need for a couple extra clicks to find it. Iβve gone back to the old app and really hope it doesnβt disappear. Anyone else feeling similar or am I just a weirdo?

Please: Never, ever delete CT Legacy.
could it be open sourced if you decide to EOL it?

I will confess I prefer the old app

Pricing increase
The pricing of subscription has increased enormously, to the level that it is 1% of the cellar value. This is clearly extortionate for an app that still requires a home he amount of work to input the data on the users side. Furthermore, this is a massive departure from the way Cellartracker used to be (a donation-driven system, which I was happy to do every year) to one of the most expensive apps out there of any type (beyond wine). Truly extortionate, and unfair once one has been a loyal user of the app for years.

Being able to edit vintage after adding to my Cellar
I want to edit vintage of the wines I've added when I accidentally enter the wrong vintage

Add alcohol % (ABV) to wine definition
I wish the wine definition section would include its percent alcohol. I realize this information isnβt always readily available, but when possible it would be nice. TL;DR: I find myself becoming increasingly sensitive to alcohol levels in wine. As heat levels are rising in many parts of the world, more and more wines have very high alcohol levels. Itβs becoming an important factor in my purchasing decision, as it affects taste and balance. Thanks.

Iβd love the ability to correct vintage typos for wines already in my cellar
i sometimes mistype and donβt realize it until later when I have to delete all bottles and retype the vintages

Queue lost
I just spent hours adding wines to queue and it got cleared. For crying out loud what's the purpose of the queue?

Continuing support for legacy mobile app?
Is all new development effort being applied to the new mobile app or is the legacy app still getting support? Iβve tried to like to new app β it has a clean and modern look but I find that many of my most common tasks take many more clicks/taps in the new app. Its just not nearly as efficient or user friendly.

Font
On the iOS app for iPhone, please change the font. It is very difficult to read, since it is in low contrast in a light gray and very small. In the old app everything was much easier to read. The new font might look nicer, but if its usability is more difficult you are not helping us, your clients. So please more contrast and a slight bit bigger font would go along way.

Open the search function automatically when consuming
Please add for the iOS version on the iPhone the same feature you have finally adopted for the iOS version on the iPad, that when you consume a. Bottle the search function is automatically opened. With nearly 10k bottles im my cellar I will not be scrolling to find the bottle. Therefore the search function is essential when hitting the consumer tab.

Possibility of adding a field to enter link corresponding to EU producer QR code for wine nutritional info / ingredients / allergens
Could be a cool idea to add a field to enter the link for the producer QR code for each wine that has, since the 2024 vintage, become mandatory for producers in the EU to feature on the (rear) label of each bottle to provide nutritional / ingredients info about wine. Though in many cases this only provides fairly limited info (mandatory info includes ingredients, nutritional values (energy, fat, sugar, protein, salt), and allergens) not full proper analytic info and for the moment sometimes the QR codes still often do not work or are not present at all, it could still be a a good way of easily being to link to some key info about each vintage of wine (alc. by vol., etc.) where qr codes are available and working which is presumably going to be increasingly be the case. Again assuming a separate qr code is going to be used for each vintage of wine, as pointed out elsewhere, this field would have to be vintage-specific (admittedly a fairly big assumption on my part, as I don't know the details of how it is going to be implemented technically and/or more to the point how winemakers are going to implement it in practice!) As suggested by Dr.Cork in a comment on this idea (idea) (see also my reply to that thread in which I suggest the idea presented here), it would also be cool to have fields to enter other residual sugar level, acidity, total and added so2. Though I suppose this could make the wine definitions potentially very "busy" so perhaps would be good to be able to click through to this info where available For the moment I use the Article function for the particular vintage of the wine to add this info where I want to keep a record of it so it can also be shared with and accessed by other users but the article function is so tucked away at the bottom of the page that I guess many users miss it...

Pleasantly Surprised with Beta Version of AI Capability ("CellarTracker Insights")
I have been trying the CT Insights feature that is in the "new" version of the mobile app and have been pleasantly surprised with the results. So far I have mostly been asking it to identify candidate wines from our cellar to pair with specific menus. It typically provides three or four options with a little discussion of why each one is being recommended. There is often considerable variation between the options (varietal, old world/new world, age, etc). One or two of the options it identifies are usually wines that I already had in mind, but it always suggests a couple others that I had not thought of, and they are often great suggestions that we have gone with and were wonderful accompaniments to the meal. It obviously has to work within the constraints of what is in our cellar (~1,000 bottles), and clearly considers where the bottles are within their drinking windows and how many bottles we may have of a particular wine/vintage. I really like this CellarTracker Insights feature and look forward to discovering more ways to leverage it going forward - Well Done!

Add specific "Coravin" field (check box?) to bottle tracking data
With more and more wine lovers/collectors (and Cellar Tracker users/subscribers) using Coravin system to compare and enjoy different wines from across their cellar without committing to actually opening and drinking full bottles, the utility of being able to easily and explicitly track which bottles have had wine extracted (ie have been "Coravined") has become increasingly obvious. I have read notes about approaches for keeping track of this in Cellar Tracker using the Bottle Notes feature, but have not had success in being able to search based on adding specific text in this field ... and the whole approach seems kludgy. How hard would it be to add a dedicated "Coravined" (or other suitably named) field (or a check box?) to the bottle dataset and make it searchable? This new tracking data should be recordable and searchable across all of the CT platforms (desktop & mobile).
