View my own label images in collection list
From Bob Any suggestions on how to get my photo to show in the My Cellar list? I've take a photo of my bottle, and it is the most recent photo uploaded. It shows up when I select the bottle, however, it doesn't stick in the list view.

Search keywords in purchase and bottle notes
Does the new app include ability to search based on purchase note or bottle note? That would be a great feature to have.

Let me rate wines/write comments WITHOUT MAKING THEM PUBLIC
Cellar Tracker is built to help me track my cellar. PLEASE give me a way to record my own thoughts on a bottle that I just drank — rating and comments — WITHOUT making this public for every other cellar tracker user to see. It’s PRIVATE if I want to remind myself that my wife thought this wine was a little too sweet or that I drank it at my cousin’s birthday party… but that information will definitely be relevant next month when I’m trying to decide whether to open the next bottle of it or something else. And it’s frankly nobody else’s business that I liked Wine A but not Wine B. It’s fine if some CT users want to exhibit their reviews like social media “influencers”, but it feels really really sketchy to make that mandatory.

Visualize My Cellar
Visual option to show where my wine is in the cellar so I don’t have to count bins or rows etc. could be simple grid or complex 3D with label images. Just some way to replicate the design of my physical cellar into digital app.

Sort by country
From Sergei it would be very helpful if I can sort on country in the android app. On my pc it is possible to sort on country, but not on my mobile. In our fridge everything is sorted by country :-) Region and subregion is not the same as country. See screen shot to show is not sorted by country name which results in my French being at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of the list.

App logs out when scanning a QR code using the device camera app
Repro steps: Log in to the CellarTracker app (Build 2.19.1)Wait a couple daysFrom the lock screen of the iPhone (iPhone Air, iOS 26.4.2) press the hardware camera button or tap a camera access Shortcut to open the device cameraScan a CellarTracker-printed QR code on a bottle of wine Expected behavior: CellarTracker app opens to that bottle and lets me mark it as consumed Actual behavior: CellarTracker app opens to a login screen; logging in lands me on the app home screen and does not direct me to the bottle, so I have to scan it again to mark it as consumed I think this bug is new in the past six months or so, but I'm not sure exactly when it started.

See Store Name when accepting a delivery
When I have wines with the status "Pending Delivery" and then register them using "Accept Delivery" once they arrive, I can no longer see the store name. For me, it would be very useful to keep this information visible, and it seems there is still enough space on the screen to display it (see attachment). I just wanted to share this suggestion, as I think it could further improve the user experience. From Marco

Clunkier than the old app
It used to be easy to add the wine from a photo or bar code, and select the correct vintage...now it takes a major effort. Going through various screens and edit options.

Dark mode please
This is not a functionality idea, but something that is very important to me as a user.

Stop trying to make this a social site!
while I totally benefit from the input of other oneophiles, would prefer if CT focused on things like easier bottle additions- barcode or UPC - Awesome resource for wine lovers, thanks!

Visualize the optimal drinking window per wine
From Chris: Enhanced Drinking Window Info: Would be amazing to show graphically for each wine the bell curve of the optimal drinking winding assuming proper storage. It could update dynamically based on both critic and user ratings.

Ability to know where in your cellar you have room for more bottlex
I have 90 bottle wine cellar which has 9 shelves. It would nice if I could tell app how many bottles a shelf can store and then easily find shelf(s) that have free spot when adding new bottle

Drinkability scores and "drink between" windows are wrong for NV wines
There are lots of wines that do not have a vintage year but do have a finite drinking window. (Most Champagnes and sakes, for example!) Currently, these wines have complete nonsense in the "drinkability score" and "drink by" window. For example I often see bottles whose "drink by" window ended before this bottle was actually bottled. It is incorrect to say that, e.g., ALL bottles of Veuve Clicquot NV have the same drink by window. A bottle that was bottled last year will improve a little and then last longer than an NV bottled 10years ago. Instead of showing wrong information (and, e.g., adding lots of noise/mess to my "drinkability report), CellarTracker should do one of the following: A) remove "drinkability score" and ready-to-drink windows from NV wines B) Add a concept of "NV but bottled on date X" (perhaps the purchase date if the true bottling date is unknown) and for NV wines calculate drinkability and drink-bys based on number of years since bottling date [preferred] Thanks!
