When searching for wine within any given category and sorting by score, it would be extremely helpful to set a minimum vote filter. This way, the wines with 1-2 votes and scores way too high can be filtered out. In general, scores are more statistically accurate with more votes.

Feature request to be able to prioritize displayed Drinking Windows. At the moment, a pro reviews provided by integration will be the default drinking windows. Much like the ability to use community values for prices in the Display settings, we should be able to display the community drinking windows by default.

I'd like to see less emphasis on the 'Grow your network' section on the home screen, please. I'd rather see more information about my collection or other wines, I'm not interested in networking - there are other apps for that. While some people may like that feature, it should have an ability to be removed from the home screen or moved down to the bottom of the screen. Thanks.

while I totally benefit from the input of other oneophiles, would prefer if CT focused on things like easier bottle additions- barcode or UPC - Awesome resource for wine lovers, thanks!

From Chris: Enhanced Drinking Window Info: Would be amazing to show graphically for each wine the bell curve of the optimal drinking winding assuming proper storage. It could update dynamically based on both critic and user ratings.

Cellar Tracker is built to help me track my cellar. PLEASE give me a way to record my own thoughts on a bottle that I just drank — rating and comments — WITHOUT making this public for every other cellar tracker user to see. It’s PRIVATE if I want to remind myself that my wife thought this wine was a little too sweet or that I drank it at my cousin’s birthday party… but that information will definitely be relevant next month when I’m trying to decide whether to open the next bottle of it or something else. And it’s frankly nobody else’s business that I liked Wine A but not Wine B. It’s fine if some CT users want to exhibit their reviews like social media “influencers”, but it feels really really sketchy to make that mandatory.

I have 90 bottle wine cellar which has 9 shelves. It would nice if I could tell app how many bottles a shelf can store and then easily find shelf(s) that have free spot when adding new bottle

I would like to have a bit more editing options when adding a label. Being able to crop a photo from your photo roll in the app would be highest on the list

Searching a friends cellar in the new app is much more difficult. It displays a list with no search box—the old app includes a search box while browsing others cellars. From user @dasvino

Its would be cool to be able to change the position of in cellar/ pending/ consumed / purchased / ready to drink button I dont use the pending but its the second one and i mostly use the ready to drink button but its the last one. Maybe a check box so prople can choose what kind of display we want

Has there been any development in a drinkability spectrum that would allow users to add with each tasting note and/or score a live status of where the wine is at in objective terms, to accommodate for all tastes? The table below is a suggestion of the main zones on this spectrum from left to right. Coming from a family with many CellarTracker users, we have all found that the most essential indicator, before notes and scores, is to know whether the wine in a cellar with 1,000s of bottles (literally!) is at its best, regardless of whether it is a white burgundy, a Grand Cru bordeaux, or a basic rosé. The spectrum would allow a quick indication at a simple glance as to where the wine is right now, again not discriminating for various taste preferences (young & fresh, approaching peak, fully mature etc.) without having to scroll through the comments (that are still useful!) I might add also that a large approximate drinking window is not so helpful when trying to find the true peak, and so user reviews are the only way to know the true rate of maturing of the wine.
