what about an advice, from the pro ideally, if the wine (i.e. the considered bottle) should be decanted or not, how much time ahead, or any good advice ahead of opening the bottle? Can be simple; decant / not decant / open 3 hours before serving / etc….. Thx for this app that i discovered only recently but really enjoy.

This is not a functionality idea, but something that is very important to me as a user.

I want to be able to add/save food pairings for a wine as well as see what the community thinks are good food pairings for the wine I'm looking at within the cellartracker mobile app.

The legacy app as well as desktop - when you search 'my cellar' it brings up your in stock and pending. Particularly helpful when you're searching for wines you have when trying to buy a wine or if you're not up to date on updating your pending, you can still see all the wine you have. Right now you basically have to do two individual searches and remember the details of each search. Would make sense to make it into a filter after you search

if I filter on consumption date in the iPhone app, the result shows zero.

Good afternoon! When I downloaded and logged in on your new CellarTracker app today, I “consumed” a bottle of wine from my inventory, but none of my previous drinking notes pre-populated from the CellarTracker web version that I always use. My inventory did seem to populate ok. Is this a bug as to why all my old drinking notes did not move over?

Good afternoon! Just downloaded your NEW released IOS iPhone version CellarTracker app today after receiving your email to try it. When trying to log in on my iPhone 14 running IOS 17.6.1, It will not allow me to turn the Face id selection on. When I try to toggle it on, it automatically and immediately flips it right back off. Am I doing something incorrectly or is it a bug?

95% of the time I search for a Wine is by country than by region to see what my options are. In the new Beta App when I filter by country I have to set a second filter by going on step back to set a 2nd filter for the region, but the list shows all the regions instead of just the regions specific to the country I set before. This ends up in endless scrolling. Please bring it back like it was before. Thanks

Hi A great community and I enjoy the visibility in the new app. I’ve been entering several cost per bottle (my purchase price) in the app with “,” since this is the only separator ( eg 11,5) It saves, but nothing is displayed, so in practice it is not saved. I’ve done this for so many bottles. If I copy in “.”(eg 11.5) It works but this is a huge workaround. When I do this workaround (copy in “.” 11.5) the price is displayed with “,” 11,5 Can you pls fix this, I believe the possibility to enter purchase price (cost) is really good. Best regards Magnus

the new app on iOS doesn’t show the total value of the wines in your cellar based off your purchase price, unlike the old version (at the very bottom of your cellar). I understand the subscription can show current value but it would be helpful to know the total money spent.

it should be possible to sort the list by scores from a given pro reviewer. I believe this is already doable on desktop. I’d be contempt with just the pro reviewers that I subscribe to and have linked with.
