  2. Food Pairings

I want to be able to add/save food pairings for a wine as well as see what the community thinks are good food pairings for the wine I'm looking at within the cellartracker mobile app.

  3. Add "I like it, don't like it, or neutral" to review flow

From Scott: There may be alternative categories to like/dont/neutral that work better--I'm not sure. I like the general idea because (1) I don't necessarily want to score someone's life's work as a 70 if I dislike it, (2) I don't always want to spend the mental energy to come up with a score, especially where at a dinner and trying to enjoy company, and (3) I want to be able to quickly and easily sort among wines I like without necessarily caring if the wine got an 89 or a 91. There is also a distinction between wines that are 100-point examples of a style that I dislike. I don't want to score that objectively excellent wine with my subjective 70-point score. I don't have a way to distinguish quality from my personal preference.

  6. I want to group (summarize) my wine lists

From Jonathan: by Grouping (using Microsoft's terminology here) I mean something akin to the "Summarize" feature you have on the website. When browsing a list I can summarize / group them by region, varietal, etc. Sure. I hope you can also add groupings, or at least note category / group totals somewhere - those are very helpful. And I still really wish I could sort / group pending wines by Store. That's huge for me for inventory control and when receiving pending bottles.

  7. Show which vintage I have in my cellar on the Vintage tab of wine details

I like the Vintage pane on the Wine Details page, I'd like to see which wines in the list I have in my collection. Today it has a photo, lists the wine, style, # reviews and score. I'd suggest dropping the photo and adding an extra line with info about my bottles. 2021 Quilceda Creek CVR Columbia Valley Red Bordeaux Blend 12 reviews 750ml (3) location (bin)

  8. Details not dynamic

The bottom area of Wine Details should be clickable. Ie clicking on Producer should pull up other wines from the Producer.

  9. See all wines I own - rather than only in cellar or pending delivery in App

When in the new app, if want to see all the wines I own (received and pending), I have to use the old app or search for a specific wine/vintage. It would be great to have a cellar view in the app like we have on the web and in the old app to see "in my cellar" and "pending delivery" at the same time. Thanks!

  10. Option to β€žflagβ€œ wines in my cellar (β€žto drink nextβ€œ, β€žto sellβ€œ etc)

To have an option to easily (one click in the description or at a list) flag or to mark wines in my cellar with variable β€žflag coloursβ€œ would tremendously help me to keep things organized. One flag would be for those wines i select to drink on of the next occasions, driven by drinking window for example. another flag for my specicific purpose is for example those wines i intend to sell. another one for those i select for a tasting… comparable feature exists in adobes lightroom-app to organize and develop your pictures/ photographies.

  11. Show show the "In Stock" bottles first not the overall number

it is confusing to see the overall number of bottles we had first instead of showing the actual number of bottles remaining in the Ready to drink report. Thanks!

  12. Messy new app vs old in bottles summary

Here is the same wine in the old and new apps. I'd like you to consider how much space you are giving to telling me the dates of the bottles I've drunk and compare that with how little space you are giving to telling me how many bottles I have and where they are. Contrast this with the old app. So clear and informative telling me what I want to know. I can't imagine most of us really care about all the dates we've drunk a particular wine. I've also commented before of visuals and this also gives a good contrast between the two apps, the styling of the first gives far more clarity to the screen elements, despite my brains familiarity with the old app.

  13. Friends and followers functionality in the mobile app makes no sense

the home page of the new app highlights accounts to follow but I can’t search at all for friends I know use the app. Seems completely misprioritized - I want to look for people I know first and foremost not randoms

  14. Location filter needs improvement

The use case: I want to browse using some version of Ready to Drink and narrowing by location. But when I go to ready to drink and use a location filter to pick say a custom bin or sub location it pulls all wine including consumed. So if i have 2 bottles consumed, 10 in storage it's pulling up in my list of ready to drink despite having none on hand.
