  2. See Total Value AND Total Price for cellar

    This used to be visible at the bottom of the page in the old app so you could easily see how much your filtered cellar had increased in value. In the new app you just see the cellar value at the top of the page in total but not the total price paid.

  4. Backward Step

    I have just started to reuse CellarTracker after a few months and am pretty unimpressed by the new layout and functionality. There is more but disjointed and carelessly presented. The old version and style was simple and functional - now we have clutter. It looks to me that you have let the computer programmers dictate what they like rather than the wine consumer. I understand the need for upgrading the platform but that is no excuse for accepting a grossly inferior product. What am I missing ?

  6. Provide option to turn off 'Grow your network' section

    I'd like to see less emphasis on the 'Grow your network' section on the home screen, please. I'd rather see more information about my collection or other wines, I'm not interested in networking - there are other apps for that. While some people may like that feature, it should have an ability to be removed from the home screen or moved down to the bottom of the screen. Thanks.

  7. Sort by "Location & Bin" doesn't sort numbers correctly

    When sorting by location/bin, the sort order is 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 2, 20, etc. Sort order should be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.

  8. Drinkability scores and "drink between" windows are wrong for NV wines

    There are lots of wines that do not have a vintage year but do have a finite drinking window. (Most Champagnes and sakes, for example!) Currently, these wines have complete nonsense in the "drinkability score" and "drink by" window. For example I often see bottles whose "drink by" window ended before this bottle was actually bottled. It is incorrect to say that, e.g., ALL bottles of Veuve Clicquot NV have the same drink by window. A bottle that was bottled last year will improve a little and then last longer than an NV bottled 10years ago. Instead of showing wrong information (and, e.g., adding lots of noise/mess to my "drinkability report), CellarTracker should do one of the following: A) remove "drinkability score" and ready-to-drink windows from NV wines B) Add a concept of "NV but bottled on date X" (perhaps the purchase date if the true bottling date is unknown) and for NV wines calculate drinkability and drink-bys based on number of years since bottling date [preferred] Thanks!

  9. Tag consumed wines to drink again. Allowing the user to easily see the wines to purchase again.

    Currently when I consume a bottle I can add a note if I would purchases it again or not. But there is not easy way to pull this back up. There is no tag that I can add/select that says purchase again. If this feature was available a user could pull up wines they enjoyed to repurchase. Now I have to keep track of this separately outside the app.

  11. No Vivino please

    Initial fears are this is turning into a mini Vivino. Cellartracker is for the real wine drinking, inventory management utmost, viewing friends cellars and other reviews 2nd. The new app feels too much, too busy, too many pictures, too many suggestions, colour and bling over core inventory management functionality. Please don't lose sight over what made this so good. Vivino should not be viewed as direct competition.

  12. Show "My Price" on Wine Details

    From IlliniWine: When I seach for a wine in my cellar, I like the "card" that pops up with relevant details, including the price I paid for that wine. However, once I click on the card to see the full view into that wine (the view with the tabs for "my wine," "reviews," "vintage," "details", the community average value appears and the wine market journal value appears but not my price. I have to click back to the card to see the price. That's not too awful (but annoying.) In other instances, however, I may have found my way into a wine in a different way and I may not be able to click back to get to the card. I might have to go back to search and perform a search on that wine to pull up the card in order to see my price. What an awful work around. Please put "My Price" on the tab called "My Wine"

  13. Feature suggestion: Offline mode in mobile app

    Feature suggestion: How about adding an Offline mode in the mobile app? Currently, you simply cannot load the app if there is no data connection where you are. I understand there is no way of supporting full functionality of the app for all the stuff that requires direct/real-time access to the database but I would find it very useful if you could use the label search function say to capture label images / add some tasting or other notes while in a location without cell service (the obvious example being in an underground cellar at home or at a producer but also on a plane or wherever there might not be cell coverage (which still happens quite a bit at wineries in Europe at least!) The data could then be uploaded at a later time when a data connection is available again, for matching of the captured labels to the database for instance.

  14. Show which vintage I have in my cellar on the Vintage tab of wine details

    I like the Vintage pane on the Wine Details page, I'd like to see which wines in the list I have in my collection. Today it has a photo, lists the wine, style, # reviews and score.   15. Add personalised Tags to wine

    In addition to location/bin, would be helpful if we can add multiple Tags to wine for organising cellar and to look up in future. Example of tags "Day-to-day Drinking" "Business Dinner" "To Sell" "For Cooking" "For XYZ Parties" etc.
