Could you add a report option to add consumed wines and purchased wines. It would be nice to have a more complete report when I go to a wine store and ask for advise based on wines I have or have consumed.

I’m lost on this new version. Instead of gradual changes you seemed to have gone for the “let’s confuse the crap” out of people approach.

I pulled a bottle, recorded it consumed, but didn’t drink it. The beta didnt replace the bottle and gave a bunch of choices. The old app put it right back in the same bin with one click.

From Aron Also, I do not ever intend to sell my collection, but I want to know that I can brag a bit to my friends when things go up in value. An example is that I own a number of Unicos and when Drops of God came out, the value of these bottles spiked. Ease of seeing that would be great. A suggestion, since you want to charge a premium for valuation, is maybe to indicate a percent change over time, without stating the actual value of a bottle? Or maybe cost groups...Classify groups by 1-20, 20-60, 60-100, 1-150, 150-300, 300 and up?

I really would like much better data exploration to understand how my cellar is growing. The standing request is a way to see not just my total, but the nets - what I bought and added, what was drunk, what was given away, etc. For what you do have, e.g., the charting wizard you have in there for the collection size chart is very terrible - the fixed zoom levels really make it hard for me to window or scroll over a small period of time. There are SUCH better charting tools out there... I also feel like for all the fanfare about the data exploration you were building, there isn't a ton of insight there. You should look at programs like Mint, Monarch, etc. for ideas of how to explore and slice consumer data. From Paul

Hi all, [I was not able to find a similar idea (even if I remember that I saw it in the past months), so I'm sorry if I create a duplicate.] Could it possible to add a button in the app (similar to the one used to share your CT profile) that create a referral link that we can share with our friends giving them the chance to subscribe to CT with a discount? Something similar to the VPN referral campaigns that we are exposed almost everywhere / everyday. Thanks, Salvatore

the new version isn’t as user friendly as the old one. The old was simple to use this thing is way to complicated for the average user.

when entering a review on the iPhone app, the window does not allow you to scroll back up to the numerical score when you’ve been editing the comments. It shows the score slider when you’ve pull the screen down, but it won’t stay in place to edit and snaps back up

I use the old app to add wines, because adding wines is frustrating! Why do I have to search for the barcode scan feature after pressing the add new wines button? Terrible user experience design.

When adding my own wine label images, I should be able to set them as the main image for my wine bottles in my personal collection. Currently, the app defaults to other user-uploaded images, which are often low quality—blurry, off-center, or containing distractions like hands, faces, and cluttered backgrounds. This takes away from the experience of curating a well-organized collection. If users are allowed to upload images, they should also have control over which images are displayed when browsing their collection. This would greatly enhance the user experience for those who care about presentation and organization.

This is not a functionality idea, but something that is very important to me as a user.

I'd like to see less emphasis on the 'Grow your network' section on the home screen, please. I'd rather see more information about my collection or other wines, I'm not interested in networking - there are other apps for that. While some people may like that feature, it should have an ability to be removed from the home screen or moved down to the bottom of the screen. Thanks.

From Chris: Enhanced Drinking Window Info: Would be amazing to show graphically for each wine the bell curve of the optimal drinking winding assuming proper storage. It could update dynamically based on both critic and user ratings.
